We will not support foreign addresses (on the tax return or on W-2, W-2G or 1099-R), nor the “in care of” address line.)
We do not support the following on the 1040 Form:
- Deceased taxpayers
- Suffixes to the primary or spouse name, such as “JR” or “SR”
- The “other taxes” write-in on line 60
- The paid preparer section (since our software is 100% for on-line returns, for do-it-yourselfers)
- Lines 14, 18, 24, 28, 35, 47, and 59a
- Any other lines that are carry-forward lines from unsupported forms or schedules.
We do not support the following on the OTHER forms and schedules:
- Information forms such as W-2 that are specialized for Guam, American Samoa, etc. (W-2GU, W-2AS, etc.)
- Schedule B similar lines for nominee distributions, OID adjustments, accrued interest, etc.
- Foreign account questions on Schedule B. (It is assumed that the answer to the foreign account question is No.)
- Unrecaptured section 1250 gain lines on Schedule D
