what is e-file and why should I use it?
E-file is a method approved by the IRS to electronically file your tax returns. Instead of sending your tax return through the US Mail, your return is sent to the IRS electronically, using a secure internet connection, which ensures the privacy and security of your tax information. In less than 21 days from the date the IRS accepts your e-filed return provided you choose to have your refund directly deposited into your bank account. Top
Can I file my federal return without filing my state return?
Yes. You do not required to file your state return when you file your federal tax return. Top
Can I complete my return at my own pace?
Yes. With our software, you can start your return one day and finish it another. You can take a break of an hour, a week or a month. When you log-off your information is saved. When you’re ready to work on your return again, log-on by clicking the Continue My Tax Return button. Top

How do I pay the IRS, if I owe them money?
There are several ways to pay your taxes.
- Direct debit, where the IRS deducts your tax payment from your bank account
- Pay by credit card

How soon will I receive my refund?
If you e-file your tax return and select direct deposit, your refund should be in your bank account in less than 21 days after the IRS accepts your return. If you don’t select direct deposit, you will receive your refund check in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Top
